Executive Role Mandate

This role targets a senior fintech intelligence specialist responsible for designing and governing AI-driven financial intelligence ecosystems. The position integrates predictive analytics, automated risk intelligence, decision science, and governance-grade explainability into enterprise financial systems.

The role exists at the intersection of technology architecture, strategic risk management, and executive decision support, serving as the intellectual anchor for data-driven financial governance.

Strategic Scope & Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered intelligence platforms for real-time financial monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated insights.

• Design and deploy risk intelligence frameworks covering credit exposure, liquidity behavior, operational risk, and systemic vulnerabilities.

• Establish model governance, auditability, and explainability standards for AI-driven decision systems.

• Integrate intelligence outputs directly into executive dashboards, operational workflows, and strategic planning tools.

• Lead innovation in scenario modeling, stress simulation, and forward-looking financial intelligence systems.

• Advise executive stakeholders on data ethics, AI governance, and long-term intelligence platform strategy.

Advanced Capability Requirements

• Deep expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and financial risk intelligence systems.

• Strong background in enterprise data architecture, high-frequency analytics, and decision intelligence platforms.

• Demonstrated leadership in global fintech intelligence initiatives with regulatory exposure.

• Ability to convert complex financial datasets into actionable executive-level insights.

Compensation Structure – UAE Benchmark

• Base Monthly Compensation: AED 60,000 – AED 80,000

• Annual Performance & Innovation Bonus: AED 280,000 – AED 480,000

• Strategic Intelligence Incentives: Insight adoption rates, predictive accuracy metrics, governance framework maturity
