Strategic Role Overview
This role focuses on the design and strategic governance of digital wealth platforms and sophisticated financial products. The mandate is to conceptualize, structure, and engineer technology-driven wealth solutions that combine financial rigor, system scalability, and long-term client value creation.
The position is not sales-oriented and not operational. It is a product-architecture and financial-engineering leadership role, operating at the highest level of abstraction and execution.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Design the core architecture of digital wealth platforms, including portfolio systems, allocation engines, and client interfaces.

Define financial product structures, lifecycle mechanics, and platform interoperability standards.

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex financial concepts into scalable digital systems.

Establish governance frameworks for product transparency, system integrity, and operational robustness.

Lead long-term product roadmaps aligned with global fintech evolution and regional market sophistication.

Serve as the senior intellectual authority on digital wealth product design and platform scalability.
Required Expertise & Profile

Extensive experience in wealth-tech platforms, financial product engineering, or advanced fintech systems.

Strong understanding of portfolio mechanics, financial modeling, and platform security considerations.

Ability to operate independently at senior strategic level in a remote environment.

Exceptional analytical reasoning, financial insight, and architectural communication capability.

Track record of designing complex systems that balance innovation with robustness.
Compensation Structure (Remote – Kuwait Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: KWD 9,000 – KWD 12,500

Annualized Range: KWD 108,000 – KWD 150,000

Long-Term Performance Incentive: Up to 30% annually

Additional Provisions: Research and innovation budget, executive learning allowance, extended contract stability incentives
