Summary
This role provides end-to-end architectural leadership for digital wealth management, robo-advisory, quantitative algorithmic modelling, and multi-asset digital portfolio engineering initiatives targeting the Qatari fintech ecosystem. The position governs the strategic evolution of digital wealth platforms powered by advanced analytics, quantitative investment engines, and global asset interoperability frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture of institution-grade digital wealth platforms featuring portfolio optimization, automated rebalancing, risk profiling, and cross-asset execution workflows.

Develop quantitative investment engines integrating factor-based models, macroeconomic indicators, and real-time risk analytics.

Establish Qatar-aligned regulatory controls for suitability assessments, investor risk scoring, onboarding frameworks, and digital wealth governance.

Design advanced orchestration layers integrating trading APIs, digital asset custodial mechanisms, market data pipelines, and investment advisory engines.

Build scalable back-ends optimized for high-volume simulation, multi-scenario stress testing, and AI-augmented financial planning.

Create interoperability standards enabling regional and international asset exposure across equities, commodities, fixed income, and tokenized digital securities.

Produce global-standard quantitative documentation, modelling frameworks, and portfolio governance materials.
Competencies & Technical Requirements

Expertise in quantitative finance, algorithmic modelling, portfolio optimization, and wealth platform architecture.

Deep understanding of Qatari financial regulatory frameworks and cross-border digital wealth governance practices.

Skilled in Python, R, C++, cloud-native architecture, data engineering pipelines, and ML-driven investment strategies.

12+ years of digital wealth, fintech engineering, or quantitative strategy experience in global markets.
