Role Philosophy
This role is for a senior fintech product strategist who views digital banking not as an app, but as an end-to-end financial experience ecosystem. The mandate is to conceptualize, structure, and evolve next-generation digital banking products that are modular, scalable, and globally competitive.
The role is fully remote and strategically aligned with Bahrain’s established fintech environment.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define long-term digital banking product vision, spanning accounts, payments, lending, savings, and embedded financial services.

Design product operating models that balance speed, compliance, and scalability.

Translate customer needs into modular fintech product architectures.

Establish governance frameworks for product lifecycle management, from ideation to decommissioning.

Coordinate product strategy across engineering, compliance, UX, and data teams.

Monitor global fintech trends and adapt product strategy accordingly.
Required Expertise

Deep understanding of digital banking platforms, core systems, and API-driven product design.

Strong background in product management methodologies within financial services.

Familiarity with regulatory-driven product constraints and release governance.

Ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidate Profile

12+ years in fintech or digital banking product leadership.

Experience launching or scaling complex financial products.

International exposure and strategic mindset essential.
