Engagement Overview
This role is structured as a pure advisory and strategic design position, focused on digital banking models, embedded finance frameworks, and next-generation financial product ecosystems. The Principal Advisory Lead does not execute operations; instead, they shape how digital banking and fintech products should be designed, governed, and scaled internationally.
The role is fully remote, with conceptual alignment to Oman’s emerging fintech ecosystem and regional integration strategy.
Core Advisory Functions

Design reference models for digital banking platforms, including customer journeys, product modularity, and ecosystem partnerships.

Develop embedded finance frameworks enabling non-financial platforms to integrate regulated financial capabilities.

Conduct deep strategic analysis of global fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and digital banking innovations.

Author long-form advisory deliverables, including strategy whitepapers, conceptual product blueprints, and financial ecosystem playbooks.

Provide scenario planning and stress-testing models for digital banking expansion across multiple jurisdictions.

Advise on product lifecycle governance, including launch sequencing, scaling strategy, and controlled decommissioning.

Candidate Profile

12–18 years in fintech consulting, digital banking strategy, or financial product advisory.

Deep understanding of banking-as-a-service, embedded finance, and API-driven financial ecosystems.

Exceptional written communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Comfortable operating in remote, intellectually demanding environments with minimal oversight.
