A highly sophisticated fintech institution in Doha is recruiting a top-tier Principal Data & Analytics Director – Enterprise Data Strategy, Financial Intelligence & AI-Driven Insights to lead enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives across a complex financial ecosystem.
This role is designed for a senior professional capable of defining data strategy at scale, integrating advanced analytics and AI into financial operations, and transforming data into a competitive advantage.
You will operate at a strategic level—overseeing data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI-driven insights that power decision-making across payments, lending, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise data and analytics strategy
- Lead development of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
- Oversee data architecture, governance, and quality frameworks
- Integrate data systems across fintech platforms
- Drive innovation in financial intelligence and analytics
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Qatar data and financial regulations
- Mentor teams and build high-performance data organizations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and analytics tools
- Optimize data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Develop partnerships with technology and data providers
- Provide strategic insights on market trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or data strategy
- Strong expertise in big data, analytics, and AI
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and financial systems
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience with machine learning and AI applications
