Key Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Leadership

  • Lead enterprise customer engagement strategies across complex fintech environments
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with institutional clients and digital finance stakeholders
  • Develop customer success roadmaps supporting adoption, retention, and growth objectives
  • Ensure successful implementation and optimization of enterprise fintech solutions
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives and executive relationship development

Enterprise Fintech Advisory

  • Advise clients on best practices for digital banking transformation and fintech optimization
  • Support enterprise adoption of intelligent payment systems, embedded finance capabilities, and API-driven financial services
  • Translate technical product functionality into measurable business value for clients
  • Conduct operational reviews and strategic performance consultations
  • Identify opportunities to improve fintech ecosystem efficiency and customer outcomes

Customer Intelligence & Operational Governance

  • Monitor customer performance metrics and operational risk indicators
  • Develop proactive intervention strategies for at-risk accounts
  • Collaborate with compliance, fraud, cybersecurity, and operational teams to ensure service continuity
  • Improve customer onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management frameworks
  • Build scalable processes supporting enterprise fintech growth

Innovation & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Support fintech product expansion initiatives and strategic customer growth programs
  • Deliver customer insights influencing future product development
  • Collaborate with AI and analytics teams on personalized customer engagement strategies
  • Participate in enterprise transformation initiatives involving advanced financial technologies
  • Support leadership with strategic reporting on customer growth, adoption, and ecosystem performance

Required Expertise

  • Extensive experience in fintech customer success, enterprise relationship management, banking technology consulting, or strategic account management
  • Strong understanding of digital finance ecosystems and enterprise banking infrastructure
  • Experience working with complex fintech products and enterprise stakeholders
  • Excellent business communication and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to manage high-value relationships within innovation-driven environments
