Key Advisory Responsibilities

• Define institutional standards for digital asset custody, key management, and operational security.

• Advise on permissioned versus public blockchain architectures for financial-grade use cases.

• Establish lifecycle frameworks for digital assets, including issuance, circulation, redemption, and reporting.

• Translate regulatory and policy principles into technical and procedural safeguards.

• Provide strategic insight on systemic risk, interoperability, and long-term digital market evolution.

Specialized Knowledge Requirements

• Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contract systems, and cryptographic security.
