Principal Blockchain Infrastructure & Digital Asset Custody Engineer

You are not merely building blockchain applications—you are engineering trust frameworks for high-value digital asset custody, institutional settlement, and tokenized financial instruments.

Strategic Charter

Your mandate is to design and operationalize a secure, scalable, and regulator-ready digital asset custody ecosystem, capable of supporting:

• Multi-chain asset custody (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer-2 networks, tokenized securities)
• Institutional-grade key management systems
• Atomic settlement and tokenized asset lifecycle management
• Secure interoperability between traditional financial systems and decentralized networks

Core Responsibilities

Custody Architecture & Cryptographic Systems

• Design MPC (Multi-Party Computation) and HSM-based custody frameworks
• Develop secure key sharding, signing protocols, and cold-storage mechanisms
• Implement advanced cryptographic primitives ensuring asset immutability and protection

Blockchain Infrastructure Engineering

• Build and maintain full-node and validator infrastructure across multiple chains
• Design transaction orchestration layers for staking, transfers, and smart contract interactions
• Engineer high-availability blockchain access layers with failover redundancy

Tokenization & Smart Contract Systems

• Architect token issuance frameworks for real-world assets (RWA)
• Develop smart contracts governing ownership, compliance rules, and lifecycle events
• Conduct formal verification and security audits of contract logic

Security & Risk Governance

• Implement intrusion detection systems and blockchain-specific threat monitoring
• Design risk mitigation strategies for smart contract exploits and custody breaches
• Establish incident response frameworks aligned with financial-grade security protocols

Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years in blockchain engineering, fintech infrastructure, or distributed systems
• Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go-based blockchain development
• Proven experience in digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, or cryptographic systems
• Strong knowledge of consensus mechanisms, DeFi protocols, and token standards
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital assets in global markets
