A rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem is searching for a distinguished Principal to lead the engineering strategy behind enterprise blockchain solutions supporting institutional finance, digital assets, tokenized payments, and smart financial ecosystems.
Rather than maintaining existing technologies, you will pioneer entirely new financial infrastructures capable of serving millions of users while meeting the highest standards of scalability, governance, and security.
Role Scope
Your responsibilities extend beyond software engineering. You will influence architecture, technology strategy, innovation investment, infrastructure resilience, and emerging financial technologies.
Key Deliverables
- Design enterprise blockchain ecosystems supporting institutional financial services.
- Lead smart contract architecture reviews and governance.
- Develop highly secure distributed financial platforms.
- Optimize transaction throughput and network performance.
- Build resilient consensus mechanisms and interoperability frameworks.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists on zero-trust security models.
- Guide engineering teams through architectural excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for commercial implementation.
- Produce technical standards and enterprise engineering documentation.
- Mentor senior engineers and technology leaders.
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cryptographic security.
- Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading large engineering organizations.
- Exceptional analytical and architectural thinking.
