This executive-level engineering opportunity is designed for an innovative blockchain professional with extensive experience in distributed ledger technologies, smart contract engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, cryptographic security, and highly scalable fintech ecosystems. Working alongside Enterprise Architects, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Artificial Intelligence teams, Digital Payments Specialists, Risk professionals, Compliance leaders, and Executive Technology Management, you will contribute to one of the region’s most advanced blockchain-powered fintech banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise blockchain platforms supporting digital banking and institutional financial services.
- Architect highly scalable distributed ledger solutions for payment processing, digital identity, asset tokenization, and financial transaction management.
- Develop, test, and maintain secure smart contracts following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate blockchain services into enterprise banking platforms.
- Build secure APIs connecting blockchain infrastructure with traditional banking systems.
- Optimize blockchain network performance, scalability, reliability, and operational resilience.
- Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and performance optimization exercises.
- Implement cryptographic security controls and key management solutions.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols and distributed ledger technologies.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture standards, and engineering governance frameworks.
- Mentor blockchain developers and establish engineering excellence across the organization.
- Support enterprise innovation initiatives involving digital assets, programmable finance, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Distributed Systems, Blockchain Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–12 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years specializing in blockchain technologies within fintech, banking, or enterprise technology environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities.
