Role Overview

The Principal Blockchain & Digital Asset Systems Architect will design high-performance blockchain ecosystems, tokenized financial instruments, and secure cross-chain interoperability frameworks in Kuwait. This role requires expertise in DLT protocols, smart contract governance, cryptography, and regulatory-compliant digital asset engineering, delivering scalable decentralized finance infrastructure for GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Layer-1 and Layer-2 blockchain platforms supporting high-throughput settlement, smart contracts, and multi-chain asset management.

• Design tokenization frameworks for digital securities, real-world assets, and programmable financial instruments.

• Implement robust security measures, including zero-knowledge proofs, cryptographic key management, and multi-party custody solutions.

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s digital asset and financial regulations.

• Lead R&D for DeFi integration, interoperability bridges, and institutional adoption.

• Define scalable architecture for enterprise-grade digital asset ecosystems and cross-border blockchain connectivity.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years in blockchain engineering, decentralized systems, or digital asset infrastructure.

• Expertise in smart contracts, tokenization, cryptographic protocols, and multi-chain architecture.

• Experience implementing regulated digital asset systems for financial institutions.

• Advanced knowledge of distributed ledger scalability, DeFi integration, and blockchain security.
