Role Overview

The Principal Blockchain & Digital Asset Architect will lead the design and governance of enterprise-grade blockchain platforms, tokenized asset frameworks, and cross-chain interoperability systems in Kuwait. The role requires mastery of distributed ledger technology, smart contract governance, cryptography, and regulated digital asset ecosystems, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant decentralized financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Layer-1 and Layer-2 blockchain networks supporting high-throughput settlements, smart contract automation, and multi-chain asset management.

• Design tokenization frameworks for digital securities, real-world assets, and programmable financial instruments.

• Implement cryptographic security measures including zero-knowledge proofs, threshold signatures, and secure multi-party custody solutions.

• Integrate Kuwait’s digital asset regulations into governance, compliance automation, and audit-ready reporting.

• Lead innovation initiatives in DeFi integration, cross-chain bridges, and institutional blockchain adoption.

• Build scalable architectures for cross-border digital asset ecosystems.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years in blockchain engineering, decentralized finance, or digital asset infrastructure.

• Advanced knowledge of smart contracts, tokenization, cryptography, and multi-chain architecture.

• Experience with regulated digital asset systems for financial institutions.
