An advanced fintech initiative is seeking a Principal Blockchain Backend Engineer to lead the development of highly resilient blockchain backend systems supporting digital payment ecosystems, tokenized financial products, financial data networks, and next-generation fintech applications.

Role Purpose
You will be responsible for designing and developing the foundational backend architecture that powers blockchain-enabled financial platforms, digital asset operations, payment ecosystems, and intelligent transaction processing environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect blockchain backend services for enterprise-scale fintech platforms.
• Build high-performance transaction processing systems.
• Develop tokenization and digital asset infrastructure.
• Design blockchain node management frameworks.
• Create financial data synchronization services.
• Implement blockchain monitoring and observability systems.
• Build secure API gateways.
• Design fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Develop automated compliance and transaction verification tools.
• Optimize blockchain infrastructure scalability.
• Enhance system security and resilience.
• Integrate payment rails with blockchain networks.

Technical Requirements
• Advanced expertise in Golang, Rust, Node.js, Python, and distributed systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of digital asset infrastructure and financial transaction systems.
• Experience designing scalable microservices environments.
• Strong database expertise including PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cryptographic protocols and blockchain security practices.
