Role Overview

The Principal Blockchain, Tokenization & Digital Asset Ecosystem Engineer will architect, optimize, and secure enterprise-grade blockchain platforms, tokenized-asset frameworks, multi-chain interoperability systems, and digital asset governance layers aligned with Kuwait’s advancing fintech landscape. This role requires deep multi-disciplinary expertise across distributed ledger systems, smart-contract governance, cryptography, and digital-asset regulatory engineering.

Core Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Infrastructure Engineering

• Design and optimize Layer-1 and Layer-2 blockchain architectures supporting high-throughput settlement, multi-signature security, trustless validation, and cross-chain asset bridges.

• Build institutional-grade tokenization systems enabling real-world asset digitization, programmable asset issuance, and automated compliance enforcement.

2. Digital Asset Security & Governance

• Implement advanced cryptographic security standards, including zero-knowledge proofs, threshold signatures, and secure custodial frameworks.

• Develop automated regulatory-compliance modules for risk scoring, wallet monitoring, and digital-asset transaction verification.

3. Innovation & Ecosystem Advancement

• Lead research initiatives exploring decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations, private chain interoperability, and regulated digital-asset ecosystems.

• Support Kuwait’s strategic digital-finance modernization by designing scalable, institution-ready blockchain infrastructures.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years in blockchain engineering, decentralized systems, or protocol-level financial infrastructure.

• Advanced understanding of smart contracts, cryptographic primitives, tokenomics, consensus mechanisms, and institutional custody technologies.

• Proficiency in cloud-based DLT solutions and multi-chain interoperability engineering.
