Key Responsibilities
- Analyze API transaction data and customer interaction patterns across open banking ecosystems.
- Monitor backend financial connectivity performance including latency, request volumes, and service reliability.

- Build operational reporting systems supporting financial interoperability environments.
- Identify data-driven opportunities to improve platform scalability and user experience.
