The successful candidate will contribute directly to the development of sophisticated backend systems supporting stablecoin settlements, institutional treasury coordination, programmable transaction execution, and digital asset financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Distributed Algorithm Development

• Design backend algorithms supporting distributed blockchain settlement coordination.
• Develop intelligent synchronization systems for multi-node financial transaction environments.
• Engineer scalable backend infrastructures capable of processing institutional transaction volumes in real time.
• Build advanced concurrency management frameworks for financial settlement orchestration.
• Optimize transaction validation systems for high-speed institutional payment operations.

Blockchain Backend Infrastructure

• Architect backend services supporting digital asset payment gateways and treasury systems.
• Develop enterprise APIs enabling interoperability between blockchain and traditional banking systems.
• Build backend transaction lifecycle management frameworks for programmable finance environments.
• Design computational systems for smart contract execution monitoring and financial consistency verification.
• Support backend scalability initiatives across institutional blockchain infrastructures.

Performance Engineering & Scalability

• Analyze backend processing inefficiencies impacting financial settlement speed.
• Implement distributed caching and storage optimization frameworks for blockchain-financial datasets.
• Build observability systems supporting real-time infrastructure performance intelligence.
• Develop backend resilience mechanisms ensuring operational continuity across distributed financial ecosystems.

Security & Infrastructure Governance

• Engineer secure backend transaction authorization and validation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Engineering, Software Architecture, or Financial Technology.
• 6+ years of experience within backend engineering, distributed systems, or fintech infrastructure development.
• Strong expertise in distributed algorithms and computational backend optimization.
• Experience working with blockchain infrastructure or real-time payment ecosystems.
