Role Purpose
This role spearheads the design of retail-grade Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) integration frameworks, enabling conditional spending, programmable settlement conditions, tokenized micropayment flows, merchant routing incentives, and encrypted settlement proofs. You will construct cryptographic issuance layers, smart routing engines, and privacy-preserving analytics compliant with Kuwait’s policy constraints.
Core Functional Domains

Architect ledger-agnostic CBDC integration gateways supporting hybrid on-chain settlement and off-chain state compression.

Develop programmable monetary logic enabling conditional disbursement, validity expiry timers, and merchant category-specific constraint vectors.

Deploy tokenized micropayment rail kits leveraging streaming payments, per-second settlement windows, and consumption metering.
Infrastructural Engineering

Construct dual-channel settlement models combining instantaneous consumer visibility with aggregated merchant clearing windows.

Implement light client proofs enabling mobile-grade trust validation without full ledger synchronization.
Fraud & Identity Protection

Integrate zero-knowledge spend attestations, preserving transaction confidentiality while guaranteeing regulatory legitimacy.
