Role Purpose

The Remote Principal Architect for Embedded Finance Orchestration will design, optimize, and steer multi-dimensional embedded finance platforms that enable digital merchant enablement, real-time settlement, and intelligent invoice factoring across Bahrain’s acceleration toward platform-based digital commerce.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities

• Engineer hyper-modular embedded finance microservices capable of integrating directly into merchant ERPs, storefronts, and mobile commerce applications.

• Design real-time settlement engines with adaptive liquidity buffers, settlement prioritization, and invoice exposure scoring.

• Implement merchant onboarding pipelines featuring multi-sourced risk attributes, behavioral profiling, and adverse-signal enrichment.

• Deploy intelligent factoring engines that dynamically model invoice maturity risk and counter-party credit behavior using probability distributions.

• Lead architectural strategy for real-time merchant assistance APIs, providing instant underwriting signals and contextual credit recommendations.

• Orchestrate secure token routing among wallets, merchant acquirers, and cloud payment switches under high-throughput concurrency.

Technical Prerequisites

• 12+ years in digital payments, merchant acquiring systems, or embedded middleware orchestration.

• Mastery of asynchronous payment switching, token routing logic, and transaction normalization.

• Deep familiarity with secure remote key operations, digital identity frameworks, and merchant onboarding compliance patterns.

Preferred Capabilities

• Experience designing merchant credit intelligence models rooted in transaction velocity, seasonality, and retention curves.

• Familiarity with embedded finance adoption trends across GCC retail and logistics segments.
