Role Overview
A fast-growing fintech innovator is seeking an accomplished Principal AI Engineer to architect intelligent platforms that transform vast financial datasets into predictive insights, automated workflows, and real-time decision support.
You will lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, strengthen fraud detection capabilities, and enable data-driven financial products.
Working alongside software engineers, data scientists, and product leaders, you will help define the technological foundation for the organization’s future.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI architecture for financial platforms.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive financial insights.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Strong expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native AI solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
