An ambitious multinational fintech organization is seeking a visionary President – Fintech Enterprise Growth & Global Partnerships to lead international business expansion, institutional relationship management, strategic investments, ecosystem development, and enterprise growth initiatives across the Gulf region and global financial markets.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this executive leader will shape long-term corporate strategy while building partnerships that accelerate innovation, expand market reach, and create sustainable enterprise value.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide commercial growth and expansion strategies.
- Establish strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, institutional investors, and technology organizations.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Identify emerging regional and international market opportunities.
- Guide corporate investment and business development initiatives.
- Build executive relationships with regulators and financial institutions.
- Oversee organizational performance and commercial governance.
- Represent the organization at global fintech, banking, and investment forums.
- Mentor executive leadership teams across regional operations.
- Report strategic growth initiatives directly to the Board of Directors.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, or Technology.
- MBA or internationally recognized executive qualification required.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational corporate strategy.
- Proven success leading international expansion, institutional partnerships, and enterprise transformation.
- Outstanding executive communication, commercial strategy, negotiation, and governance expertise.
