This role is designed for a senior executive capable of leading the transformation of large-scale payment infrastructures into intelligent, resilient, and nationally integrated financial ecosystems.
Mission Objective
To architect and oversee advanced sovereign-grade fintech infrastructures integrating:
- National real-time payment systems
- Government-linked digital transaction ecosystems
- Intelligent financial identity frameworks
- Multi-sector financial interoperability platforms
- High-volume settlement and treasury orchestration systems
Primary Responsibilities
1. National Payments Infrastructure Modernization
- Lead the development of large-scale real-time payment ecosystems capable of supporting millions of concurrent financial interactions
- Design interoperable infrastructures connecting banks, fintech operators, government systems, and digital commerce networks
- Architect resilient financial systems capable of continuous national-scale operation
2. Financial Interoperability & Smart Connectivity
- Build API-native infrastructures enabling seamless financial integration across sectors including transportation, healthcare, utilities, and retail
- Develop intelligent transaction-routing frameworks improving payment efficiency and operational reliability
- Oversee financial connectivity strategies across regional and international ecosystems
3. Sovereign Financial Intelligence & Analytics
- Build AI-powered financial monitoring systems providing real-time visibility into transaction activity and infrastructure performance
- Design predictive operational resilience frameworks minimizing system disruption risks
- Develop strategic analytics environments supporting national economic intelligence initiatives
4. Governance, Security & Regulatory Coordination
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities and financial institutions on modernization standards
- Design governance structures ensuring transparency, resilience, and operational trust
- Lead cybersecurity and financial continuity strategies across critical payment infrastructures
Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years in financial infrastructure, payment systems, banking modernization, or fintech transformation leadership
- Strong expertise in high-volume transaction ecosystems, treasury orchestration, and financial interoperability
- Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization programs
- Strategic understanding of regional economic transformation and financial governance systems
