A globally respected fintech banking institution is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Representative to support the efficient execution of digital payment operations, banking transactions, customer requests, and operational service delivery across a rapidly growing financial ecosystem.

You will work closely with Payment Operations, Customer Service, Fraud Prevention, Compliance, Treasury, Technology Support, Digital Banking, and Risk Management teams to ensure high-quality operational performance while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Process digital banking and payment-related operational activities.
- Verify transaction accuracy and maintain operational records.
- Support payment investigations and transaction reconciliation.
- Respond to operational enquiries from internal departments.
- Coordinate with fraud, compliance, and risk teams when required.
- Monitor operational queues and service-level performance.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and customer verification processes.
- Maintain operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of new banking products and services.
- Participate in operational quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
