A globally respected fintech banking organization is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee enterprise governance, business performance, operational risk coordination, and strategic planning initiatives supporting sustainable organizational growth.
This role combines analytical leadership with operational oversight, providing an exceptional opportunity to work directly with executive management on initiatives that strengthen governance, optimize performance, and improve organizational resilience.
You will collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Technology, Banking Operations, Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure that strategic objectives are delivered through effective governance and measurable operational excellence.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise governance and business performance programmes.
- Develop strategic KPIs and executive performance dashboards.
- Conduct operational reviews and organizational assessments.
- Coordinate enterprise risk monitoring and mitigation activities.
- Support strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and governance updates.
- Monitor operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate on enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
- Manage cross-functional improvement programmes.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance practices.
- Mentor high-performing business professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in banking, fintech, consulting, governance, or enterprise operations.
- Strong executive communication and strategic management capabilities.
