The Assignment
Manage the operational and commercial performance of digital-payment services while ensuring efficient transaction processing, merchant support and continuous improvement of payment experiences.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day performance of digital-payment operations.

Monitor transaction volumes, authorization rates, declines and settlement activity.
-
Coordinate payment operations across internal teams and external providers.
-
Identify causes of payment failures and implement corrective measures.
-
Improve merchant and customer payment journeys.
-
Establish operational dashboards and performance reporting.
-
Support payment-product launches and technology integrations.
-
Coordinate incident management for critical payment disruptions.
-
Analyze payment trends and recommend operational improvements.
-
Lead and develop payment-operations professionals.
Experience
-
7+ years in payments, fintech, banking or financial operations.
-
Strong knowledge of payment processing and transaction lifecycles.
-
Experience managing payment operations or digital financial products.
-
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Understanding of merchant services and payment gateways.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
Success Measures
The role will be evaluated through transaction reliability, payment acceptance, operational efficiency, incident resolution, merchant satisfaction and service performance.
