Manager – AML & Financial Crime Compliance

A rapidly growing fintech organization is recruiting an experienced Manager – AML & Financial Crime Compliance to lead initiatives that strengthen enterprise resilience against financial crime while supporting secure and responsible digital financial innovation.
The successful candidate will oversee anti-financial crime controls across digital payments, online banking, virtual financial products, customer onboarding, and transaction monitoring operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial crime compliance operations.
- Develop and enhance transaction monitoring and customer due diligence programs.
- Conduct compliance investigations and risk assessments.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting fintech and digital financial services.
- Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Cybersecurity, Product, and Technology teams.
- Strengthen enterprise compliance controls and governance frameworks.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Develop compliance reporting for senior leadership.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives.
- Recommend operational improvements that strengthen regulatory readiness.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience within fintech, banking, payment services, or financial crime compliance.
- Strong understanding of anti-financial crime frameworks, regulatory governance, and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
