An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking an experienced Lead Web Platform Engineer to architect and build world-class financial websites that power customer acquisition, digital banking experiences, investor communications, and secure online financial services.
This role goes far beyond traditional web development. You will oversee the design and engineering of enterprise-grade fintech web platforms that combine exceptional user experience, cybersecurity, accessibility, and high-performance architecture capable of serving millions of users globally.
Working alongside UX designers, product leaders, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and digital marketing teams, you will create sophisticated web ecosystems that represent the organization’s global fintech brand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise fintech websites and customer portals.
- Architect scalable frontend and backend web solutions.
- Develop responsive, mobile-first, high-performance web applications.
- Build secure customer onboarding and account management interfaces.
- Integrate payment gateways, authentication systems, and financial APIs.
- Optimize website speed, SEO performance, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity best practices.

- Mentor development teams while establishing engineering standards.
