Role Overview

The Lead WealthTech Innovation Architect will design, govern, and continuously expand Qatar-aligned digital wealth platforms leveraging automated advisory engines, AI-driven portfolio rebalancing, multi-jurisdictional asset analytics, and global risk intelligence frameworks. This role requires deep technical expertise, high-level economic insight, and mastery of wealth strategy automation at institutional scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation WealthTech ecosystems incorporating AI-driven investment guidance, behavioral analytics, and multi-asset strategy modeling.

• Build cross-border portfolio orchestration systems integrating GCC, European, Asian, and US financial markets.

• Design governance models for digital asset inclusion, tokenized portfolio components, and advanced risk-scoring engines.

• Create robust institutional-grade analytics pipelines for wealth advisors, private clients, and regulatory oversight bodies.

• Integrate Qatar-aligned policy, investor protection frameworks, and digital governance requirements into platform operations.

• Lead worldwide remote engineering teams delivering scalable, cloud-native WealthTech architectures.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years in WealthTech, investment strategy automation, or digital asset portfolio architecture.

• Deep expertise in asset allocation algorithms, risk intelligence, and financial analytics engineering.

• Strong understanding of GCC wealth governance structures and multi-jurisdictional regulatory harmonization.

• Mastery of cloud-native architectures, data modeling, and portfolio optimization systems.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with tokenized instruments, digital asset analytics, or high-net-worth wealth systems.

• Ability to translate macroeconomic indicators into intelligent portfolio automation logic.
