A fintech environment is seeking a Lead UX Designer to design analytics-driven financial interfaces that empower users to interpret data, manage risk, and make informed decisions.

Strategic Objective

To create UX systems that:

• Simplify complex financial data
• Enable actionable insights
• Support decision-making through intuitive design

Core Responsibilities

Data Visualization & UX

• Design dashboards and reporting interfaces for financial analytics.
• Create visual hierarchies for complex datasets.
• Ensure clarity and usability in data-heavy environments.

UX Strategy & Leadership

• Define UX standards and best practices across products.
• Lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX with business goals.

User-Centered Design

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
• Translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Ensure accessibility and usability across platforms.

Design Systems & Consistency

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Ensure consistency across multiple products.
• Align design with frontend implementation.

Technology & Tools

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD
• Visualization: Charting tools, dashboards
• Research: User testing, analytics

Candidate Profile

• 7–10+ years in UX design
• Experience designing data-heavy or analytics platforms
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Background in fintech or financial products preferred
