This role is designed for a fintech RPA engineering specialist capable of transforming financial operations through intelligent robotics and automation technologies.

Strategic Mandate

To design and scale intelligent robotics ecosystems supporting:

• Payment automation systems
• Financial compliance workflows
• Transaction verification infrastructures
• AI-assisted operational robotics
• Intelligent financial process orchestration

Core Responsibilities

1. Robotics Process Automation Development

• Build enterprise-grade robotic process automation systems supporting fintech operations and payment ecosystems
• Develop intelligent automation workflows reducing operational friction across financial processes
• Design scalable robotic environments supporting multi-channel financial operations

2. Compliance & Verification Automation

• Engineer robotic systems automating customer verification, KYC workflows, and operational compliance procedures
• Build AI-assisted automation infrastructures for document validation and fraud analysis
• Optimize operational finance processes using intelligent robotics technologies

3. Payment Workflow Intelligence

• Develop robotic orchestration systems supporting transaction processing and payment monitoring
• Build automation infrastructures for reconciliation, settlement validation, and operational reporting
• Ensure robotic workflows maintain financial accuracy and operational transparency

4. AI Integration & Predictive Automation

• Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams on predictive automation initiatives
• Build adaptive robotic systems capable of learning operational patterns and improving workflow efficiency
• Implement intelligent monitoring systems supporting robotics optimization and diagnostics

5. Automation Governance & Technical Leadership

• Establish enterprise automation standards and robotics operational frameworks
• Lead automation modernization initiatives across financial technology ecosystems
• Mentor engineering teams on robotics scalability and operational resilience best practices

Technical Qualifications

• 6–12 years in robotics process automation, fintech engineering, intelligent automation systems, or enterprise workflow engineering
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Python / Java / C#
  • UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
  • Machine learning frameworks
  • API integrations
  • SQL and data processing systems
  • Cloud infrastructure platforms
• Experience with:
  • Financial process automation
  • Payment ecosystems
  • Compliance automation systems
  • Intelligent operational workflows

Preferred Capabilities

• Experience integrating AI into robotic workflows
