Position Synopsis
This role is tailored for a highly technical fintech professional specialising in financial data engineering and predictive analytics. The Lead Specialist will design and manage advanced data pipelines that power real-time financial insights, forecasting engines, and decision-support systems across digital finance ecosystems.
The position operates entirely remotely while maintaining strategic alignment with Dubai as a global fintech and data innovation hub.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and maintain large-scale financial data pipelines supporting real-time and batch analytics

Design predictive models for transaction trends, liquidity forecasting, and financial performance metrics

Implement robust data governance, quality controls, and lineage tracking across fintech datasets

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed analytics into customer-facing financial platforms

Lead the evolution of AI-driven financial intelligence systems

Mentor data engineers and analysts across distributed teams
Technical & Professional Requirements

10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or fintech data platforms

Strong expertise in cloud data architectures, distributed processing frameworks, and real-time analytics

Advanced knowledge of predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and financial data structures

Proven experience working with complex financial datasets at scale

Strong documentation, communication, and remote collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation: AED 480,000 – 650,000 (tax-free)
