Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Intelligence & Risk Architect to design and implement AI-driven wealth management and risk assessment platforms in Kuwait. The role combines advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and fintech leadership to deliver intelligent, compliant, and scalable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-powered financial intelligence systems and automated risk management platforms.

Lead remote teams in delivering predictive analytics, investment strategy tools, and wealth management solutions.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations and international best practices.

Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and operational risk assessments.

Advise on digital asset integration, fintech innovation strategies, and cross-border financial operations.

Represent initiatives in global fintech advisory panels and thought leadership forums.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

10–15 years in wealth management, digital finance, or fintech leadership.

Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, automated investment strategies, and predictive modeling.

Strong leadership experience with remote, multi-disciplinary teams.

Comprehensive understanding of Kuwait’s fintech regulatory framework.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in digital asset management, robo-advisory platforms, or algorithmic trading.

Published research or thought leadership in fintech innovation or predictive finance.
