Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Intelligence & Payments Architect to drive the digital transformation of financial services in Oman. This executive-level role demands expertise in digital payments, AI-powered risk management, cross-border financial operations, and advanced financial architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect robust digital payment and financial intelligence solutions.

Implement AI-driven fraud detection, AML compliance, and predictive analytics systems.

Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with Omani Central Bank frameworks.

Lead international fintech teams in designing scalable, resilient, and secure financial platforms.

Provide strategic insights to optimize transaction flows, risk exposure, and customer engagement.

Monitor global fintech trends and integrate emerging technologies into the regional context.
Requirements:

PhD or Master’s in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

10–15 years in digital finance architecture, payments, or financial technology leadership.

Deep understanding of Oman’s fintech regulatory environment.

Proven experience with blockchain-based solutions, AI financial analytics, and cloud-native fintech platforms.

Exceptional leadership skills in remote, cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Skills:

Strong publication or speaking record in fintech innovation and financial intelligence.
