Lead Remote Digital Asset & Wealth Technology Strategist (Remote | Qatar)
Role Mandate
This role is a senior strategic position focused on digital wealth platforms, asset tokenization frameworks, and next-generation investment technology architectures, tailored to Qatar’s sophisticated financial and investment ecosystem.
The Lead Strategist will shape how digital assets, alternative investment platforms, and intelligent wealth systems are designed, governed, and integrated into modern financial infrastructures. The role combines technology strategy, market structure design, and long-term platform vision.
Primary Responsibilities

Design strategic frameworks for digital wealth platforms, including portfolio intelligence engines, asset digitization models, and investor experience architectures.

Lead the conceptualization of asset tokenization infrastructures, custody models, and lifecycle management systems.

Define platform governance standards for digital asset issuance, trading, settlement, and reporting.

Architect scalable wealth-tech ecosystems supporting institutional and sophisticated investor use cases.

Advise on risk frameworks, valuation methodologies, and transparency standards for digital investment products.

Monitor global trends in digital assets, investment platforms, and financial market infrastructure innovation.

Produce high-level strategic documentation for executive stakeholders and market architects.
Qualifications & Profile

14+ years of experience in wealth management technology, capital markets platforms, or digital asset strategy.

Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure, investment systems, and digital asset lifecycle design.

Experience designing institutional-grade investment platforms and governance frameworks.

Ability to operate in strategic, non-operational, high-impact advisory environments.

Excellent executive communication and long-term strategic thinking capabilities.
