Role Essence
This is a vision-led product leadership role focused on designing and scaling digital banking ecosystems that extend beyond traditional financial services into embedded finance experiences.
You will define how financial services integrate invisibly into commerce, lifestyle platforms, and enterprise systems—transforming banking from a destination into an embedded utility.
Strategic Mandate
- Develop a next-generation digital banking product ecosystem
- Drive embedded finance strategies across retail, SME, and enterprise segments
- Build scalable product frameworks that integrate seamlessly into third-party platforms
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define long-term product roadmaps aligned with digital banking evolution
- Identify emerging opportunities in embedded finance, BNPL, and financial APIs
- Translate macro trends into scalable product innovations
Platform Development
- Design modular, API-driven banking platforms
- Lead development of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offerings
- Create SDKs and developer ecosystems for third-party integrations
Customer Experience Engineering
- Build frictionless, omnichannel financial experiences
- Leverage behavioral insights to optimize user engagement and retention
- Implement personalization engines powered by AI and data analytics
Commercial & Growth Strategy
- Define monetization models across transaction fees, subscriptions, and partnerships
- Drive ecosystem partnerships with fintechs, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms
- Scale product adoption through data-driven growth strategies
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in fintech product management or digital banking strategy
- Strong experience in embedded finance, API ecosystems, and platform products
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and UX optimization
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital financial products
- Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and regulatory dimensions
