Strategic Mandate
To architect and scale next-generation P2P infrastructures supporting:
- Intelligent borrower ecosystems
- Automated funding workflows
- Real-time digital financing platforms
- Alternative credit assessment systems
- Embedded peer-to-peer financial technologies
Core Responsibilities
1. P2P Infrastructure Engineering
- Build scalable backend systems supporting borrower onboarding, investor matching, and repayment management
- Develop APIs and transaction systems powering digital financing ecosystems
- Optimize funding workflows for speed, operational efficiency, and reliability
2. Intelligent Risk & Funding Automation
- Collaborate with AI and data teams on predictive risk scoring and automated borrower evaluation systems
- Build intelligent orchestration engines supporting real-time financing decisions
- Implement automated operational workflows reducing manual intervention across lending ecosystems
3. Real-Time Financial Operations
- Engineer event-driven infrastructures supporting instant funding updates and operational synchronization
- Build resilient payment and settlement systems for peer-to-peer marketplaces
- Ensure scalability across high-volume transaction environments
4. Product Innovation & Customer Experience
- Collaborate with frontend and UX teams on intuitive borrower and investor experiences
- Improve customer engagement through intelligent financial interaction systems
- Contribute to strategic roadmap development surrounding platform modernization and feature innovation
5. Platform Security & Operational Reliability
- Ensure infrastructure stability and operational resilience across distributed fintech environments
- Build monitoring and observability systems for real-time operational diagnostics
- Optimize platform performance across cloud-native financial ecosystems
Technical Qualifications
- 6–12 years in fintech engineering, lending platforms, digital marketplace systems, or financial infrastructure development
- Advanced expertise in:
- Java / Go / Python / Node.js
- Kubernetes & cloud infrastructure
- REST APIs / GraphQL
- Event-driven architecture
- PostgreSQL / Redis / Kafka
- Payment systems engineering
- Experience working with:
- Digital lending systems
- Marketplace ecosystems
- Real-time transaction platforms
- Financial automation infrastructures
Preferred Capabilities
- Familiarity with AI-powered financial systems
- Experience in alternative finance technology ecosystems
- Knowledge of scalable marketplace infrastructure design
- Understanding of fintech observability and operational analytics
