You will lead engineering initiatives focused on interoperability, digital identity, payment integration, and financial data connectivity while helping build scalable financial platforms that support future-ready banking experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Platform Engineering
- Develop Open Banking APIs.
- Build secure API management platforms.
- Engineer financial integration services.
- Design authentication and authorization frameworks.
- Create enterprise developer portals.
Software Development
- Build reusable financial software components.
- Develop payment authorization systems.
- Optimize financial data processing services.
- Maintain scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Implement event-driven application workflows.
Engineering Leadership
- Guide cross-functional development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews.
- Improve engineering processes.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product and security teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 7+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and cloud-native development.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
