A highly experienced Lead Mobile Banking Product Delivery Manager is required to lead implementation and optimization across mobile banking applications, account services, payment platforms, and enterprise financial system integrations.
This fully remote role bridges product delivery, banking infrastructure, and long-term digital transformation across mobile-first financial ecosystems.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Mobile Banking Product Delivery Leadership
- Lead delivery of mobile banking features across payments, transfers, account management, customer onboarding, and financial self-service tools.
- Coordinate execution across engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery timelines align with strategic business priorities.
2. API Banking & Financial Systems Integration
- Manage interoperability across mobile applications, core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial service providers.
- Improve reliability across account services and transaction systems.
- Validate operational readiness before launch and scaling.
3. Go-Live Planning & Product Stabilization
- Oversee deployment readiness, customer communication, post-launch stabilization, and continuous improvement planning.
- Reduce implementation risks and improve adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen long-term service reliability across digital banking products.
4. Strategic Stakeholder Governance
- Act as the bridge between product leadership, technology teams, compliance stakeholders, finance leaders, and executive management.
- Translate technical delivery into measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Support enterprise-wide mobile banking transformation programs.
