To lead this initiative, the organization is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer – Digital Banking Interfaces, Personal Finance Dashboards & Behavioral UX Systems.
This role is responsible for translating complex financial data into elegant, user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and trust.
Core Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Development
- Design scalable frontend systems for digital banking platforms.
- Build high-performance interfaces for real-time financial data.
- Develop reusable UI components and design systems.
- Optimize application performance across devices.
Personal Finance Dashboards
- Create interactive dashboards for account balances and transactions.
- Visualize spending patterns and financial insights.
- Enable users to track and manage their finances effectively.
- Enhance clarity and usability of financial data.
Behavioral UX & Personalization
- Implement personalized user experiences based on behavior.
- Design intuitive financial workflows and interactions.
- Improve user engagement through adaptive interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams.
Performance, Security & Reliability
- Ensure secure handling of financial data on the frontend.
- Optimize load times and responsiveness.
- Maintain high availability of user-facing systems.
- Support continuous UI improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with real-time data-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
