Role Summary

A fast-growing fintech ecosystem focused on embedded finance and business banking solutions is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build scalable, merchant-facing platforms that integrate financial services directly into business workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Merchant Platform Engineering

• Build frontend systems for business banking and financial management tools.
• Develop interfaces for payments, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Design workflows for managing transactions and cash flow.
• Create scalable UI systems for diverse business needs.
• Ensure reliability and usability in daily operations.

Embedded Finance Integration

• Develop UI components for integrated financial services.
• Support seamless interaction between financial modules.
• Optimize user flows for efficiency and clarity.
• Build onboarding systems for business users.
• Enhance user engagement through responsive design.

Architecture & Scalability

• Design scalable frontend architectures for growing platforms.
• Implement reusable components and design systems.
• Optimize performance under high concurrency.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API efficiency.
• Support multi-device compatibility.

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure frontend patterns for financial transactions.
• Ensure data privacy and protection.
• Support compliance requirements in UI design.
• Collaborate with risk teams on secure workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong experience building scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with fintech or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
