This role is designed for a frontend engineering specialist capable of building scalable customer-facing interfaces for merchant fintech ecosystems.
Strategic Mandate
To design and optimize intelligent frontend ecosystems supporting:
- Merchant payment interfaces
- Commerce support platforms
- Financial operations dashboards
- Transaction assistance environments
- Embedded customer communication systems
Core Responsibilities
1. Merchant Platform Frontend Development
- Build responsive merchant dashboards for transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, and payment analytics
- Design intuitive interfaces for invoice management, refunds, payouts, and financial reporting
- Develop seamless onboarding experiences for merchants entering digital commerce ecosystems
2. Customer Support & Service Workflows
- Build frontend service environments enabling rapid issue resolution and payment assistance
- Design interactive dispute management and ticket escalation systems
- Integrate multi-channel support tools within merchant-facing fintech applications
3. Real-Time Commerce Experience Engineering
- Implement live payment tracking and instant transaction update systems
- Build responsive frontend notification systems supporting real-time financial communication
- Ensure high frontend reliability during large-scale transactional activity
4. User Engagement & Platform Optimization
- Analyze merchant interaction patterns to improve customer retention and platform usability
- Optimize frontend performance across mobile, desktop, and embedded commerce environments
- Improve accessibility and localization capabilities for regional financial markets
5. Engineering & Product Collaboration
- Collaborate with payment engineers, backend developers, and product design teams
- Translate operational payment workflows into elegant frontend experiences
- Support frontend modernization and scalability initiatives across fintech commerce ecosystems
Technical Qualifications
- 6–12 years in frontend development, fintech commerce platforms, or customer-facing payment systems
- Strong expertise in:
- React / Next.js / Vue
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- CSS frameworks and design systems
- REST API integrations
- Real-time frontend technologies
- State management libraries
- Experience working with:
- Merchant payment platforms
- Financial service dashboards
- Customer support systems
- Digital commerce interfaces
Preferred Capabilities
- Experience with payment UX optimization
- Familiarity with conversational AI integrations
