Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Fraud Prevention Engineer to develop intelligent fraud prevention frameworks that strengthen payment integrity, reduce financial losses, and improve customer trust across sophisticated fintech environments.
Working alongside cybersecurity professionals, software engineers, financial analysts, and product leaders, you will help create secure payment infrastructures capable of supporting millions of digital financial transactions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise fraud detection strategies.
- Design intelligent transaction monitoring solutions.
- Analyze payment behavior and fraud trends.
- Improve fraud prevention rules and risk models.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen platform security.
- Produce fraud intelligence dashboards.
- Investigate suspicious financial activities.
- Optimize fraud detection performance using analytics.
- Support incident response and remediation efforts.
- Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate emerging fraud prevention technologies.
- Mentor junior fraud analysts and engineers.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years in fintech security, fraud prevention, payment operations, or financial technology.
- Experience with transaction monitoring platforms and risk analytics.
- Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
