This role focuses on how traditional financial structures evolve into modern fintech-enabled systems. The Lead Fintech Transformation Strategist is responsible for designing transformation roadmaps, not managing change teams or executing technology projects.
The role is fully remote and centered on strategy, sequencing, and institutional adaptation.
Key Responsibilities

Design fintech-driven transformation frameworks for financial institutions

Identify structural, cultural, and technical transformation barriers

Define phased modernization strategies minimizing systemic disruption

Develop transformation playbooks, maturity models, and strategic roadmaps
