Rather than enforcing compliance processes, this role ensures that platforms are intrinsically resilient, compliant, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities

Architect risk intelligence frameworks that integrate transaction monitoring, exposure analysis, and behavioral analytics.

Design regulatory-adaptive system structures for multi-jurisdiction operations.

Develop governance models that ensure auditability, transparency, and operational resilience.

Produce long-form system design documentation, conceptual models, and architectural standards.

Professional Profile

12–18 years in fintech systems design, regulatory technology, or financial risk architecture.

Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; able to translate abstract concepts into actionable system architecture.

Experience in designing large-scale, multi-market fintech systems.

Comfortable operating in fully remote, high-autonomy environments.
