Role Definition
This position is focused on designing the control intelligence layer of fintech platforms—the systems that ensure regulatory alignment, risk visibility, financial integrity, and institutional trust. The Lead Designer defines how governance and compliance logic are embedded directly into fintech architectures, rather than applied as external constraints.
The role is fully remote and strategically aligned with Kuwait’s evolving fintech governance landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Architect risk intelligence frameworks integrating transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, and predictive risk models.

Design compliance-by-design system architectures where regulatory logic is encoded into workflows and data flows.

Define data governance models ensuring auditability, traceability, and transparency across financial systems.

Produce comprehensive documentation including risk taxonomies, control frameworks, and regulatory architecture maps.

Assess emerging technologies such as AI-driven compliance engines, automated reporting systems, and real-time risk scoring platforms.

Act as the intellectual authority on fintech governance and regulatory systems design.

Candidate Profile

15–22 years in fintech risk, regulatory systems, or financial governance architecture.

Strong ability to translate regulation into technical and architectural logic.

Exceptional analytical writing and documentation skills.

Comfortable operating autonomously in senior remote roles.
