Role Objective
This role is focused on designing fintech and digital banking products as systems, not features. The Lead Designer will define how financial products are structurally composed, governed, and evolved within scalable fintech platforms.
The emphasis is on product logic, system coherence, and lifecycle integrity rather than delivery ownership.

Product System Design

Define end-to-end product architectures for digital banking platforms and fintech services.

Design modular product systems that support extensibility and controlled evolution.

Align product designs with broader fintech ecosystem strategies.

Translate market and user insights into structurally sound product logic.

Balance customer experience with financial and technical discipline.
Lifecycle & Governance

Define governance models for product evolution, scaling, consolidation, and retirement.

Establish documentation standards for product systems and dependencies.

Ensure product architectures remain adaptable across regulatory environments.
Professional Profile

10–14 years of experience in fintech product architecture, digital banking design, or financial platform strategy.

Strong understanding of platform-based finance and API-driven ecosystems.

Exceptional documentation, analytical, and systems-thinking skills.

Able to work independently in a remote, senior-design capacity.
