Role Overview
This role focuses on how fintech products are operationalized, not merely what they do. The Lead Fintech Product Operating Model Manager is responsible for defining and maintaining the operating logic that allows fintech products—particularly payments and platform services—to scale efficiently, predictably, and sustainably.
The position sits between strategy, technology, compliance, and execution, ensuring that fintech products are supported by robust operating structures.
Key Responsibilities

Design and manage product operating models for fintech platforms, including payments, wallets, and API-based services.

Define ownership models, decision rights, and delivery workflows across product, engineering, and operations.

Ensure product roadmaps are executable within operational, regulatory, and technical constraints.

Establish performance metrics covering uptime, transaction success, operational efficiency, and customer impact.

Continuously refine operating models as platforms evolve in scale and complexity.
Professional Profile

10+ years of experience in fintech product management, platform operations, or digital financial services delivery.

Strong understanding of payments operations, platform economics, and service scalability.

Ability to bridge strategic intent with day-to-day execution reality.

Comfortable operating in remote, cross-functional environments with high autonomy.
