About the Role

A fintech platform focused on creating next-generation financial applications is seeking a Lead Fintech Product Designer to design user-centric digital financial products.

This role combines product design, fintech innovation, and user experience optimization to create seamless digital financial services. The candidate will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and financial analysts to develop intuitive fintech interfaces that improve accessibility, efficiency, and trust within digital financial ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Product Design Leadership

• Lead the design of fintech products including digital wallets, payment platforms, and financial dashboards

• Define design standards and user experience frameworks for financial applications

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps for digital financial products

User Experience Optimization

• Conduct research to understand user behavior in digital financial environments

• Identify usability challenges within financial platforms

• Design intuitive interfaces that simplify financial transactions and account management

Collaboration with Product Teams

• Work closely with product managers and developers to implement design solutions

• Ensure that fintech platforms meet both functional and regulatory requirements

• Participate in product planning sessions and feature prioritization

Design System Development

• Establish scalable design systems for fintech applications

• Ensure visual consistency across digital financial platforms

• Maintain documentation for design components and guidelines

Testing & Improvement

• Conduct usability testing for financial products

• Analyze user feedback and improve interface functionality

• Continuously refine product design based on performance metrics

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years experience in product design for fintech, digital banking, or financial applications

• Experience designing complex digital platforms

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital payments and financial technology systems

• Experience with financial data visualization

• Familiarity with accessibility standards for financial services

• Figma or similar design tools
