The selected candidate will contribute directly to enterprise modernization initiatives focused on improving financial decision-making accuracy, operational forecasting, transaction intelligence, and strategic fintech risk management through advanced analytical ecosystems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise predictive risk analytics initiatives involving AI-powered financial intelligence systems, transaction monitoring frameworks, and operational forecasting ecosystems.
• Design scalable analytical infrastructures supporting enterprise decision optimization, financial risk visibility, and predictive transaction intelligence.
• Collaborate with data scientists, fintech engineers, operational strategists, and cybersecurity specialists to strengthen enterprise analytical ecosystems.
• Oversee implementation of predictive modeling systems capable of identifying transaction anomalies, operational inefficiencies, and financial performance risks.
• Develop governance frameworks supporting analytical transparency, enterprise reporting consistency, and operational resilience.
• Conduct enterprise intelligence assessments relating to transaction behaviors, payment ecosystem performance, and fintech operational scalability.
• Support modernization of enterprise fintech infrastructures through cloud-based analytical systems and intelligent operational reporting technologies.
• Prepare executive dashboards covering predictive financial indicators, transaction analytics metrics, operational intelligence performance, and enterprise growth analytics.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, enterprise fintech partners, and digital banking ecosystems regarding strategic analytical modernization initiatives.
• Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-powered enterprise analytics, intelligent forecasting systems, and predictive fintech operational intelligence technologies.
• Mentor enterprise analytics teams while promoting innovation culture and operational excellence standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Financial Technology, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 7–12 years of experience in fintech analytics, enterprise operational intelligence, predictive financial modeling, or digital banking analytical ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in machine learning analytics platforms, enterprise reporting systems, transaction intelligence frameworks, and predictive operational technologies.
• Experience working with cloud-based financial infrastructures and enterprise transaction ecosystems.
• Familiarity with fintech governance standards, operational risk methodologies, and enterprise scalability frameworks.
• Strong leadership, analytical reasoning, and executive presentation capabilities.
