A rapidly modernizing fintech ecosystem in Oman is searching for a Lead Fintech Payment Infrastructure Resilience & Digital Transaction Continuity Manager to oversee enterprise transaction resilience frameworks, payment infrastructure continuity ecosystems, and mission-critical fintech operational modernization initiatives.
This opportunity is designed for highly experienced fintech infrastructure and operational engineering professionals capable of managing large-scale payment ecosystems, intelligent transaction continuity platforms, and enterprise digital financial reliability infrastructures.
The selected candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening enterprise operational resilience through advanced infrastructure monitoring technologies, predictive transaction continuity systems, automated operational recovery frameworks, and scalable payment modernization initiatives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise payment resilience initiatives involving transaction continuity systems, infrastructure reliability platforms, and intelligent operational monitoring ecosystems.
- Design scalable frameworks supporting high-volume digital transaction processing, enterprise payment stability, and operational continuity governance.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers, payment operations teams, cybersecurity specialists, and fintech developers to strengthen enterprise transaction infrastructures.
- Oversee implementation of predictive infrastructure intelligence systems capable of improving transaction reliability, operational responsiveness, and digital ecosystem resilience.
- Develop governance standards supporting payment continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and enterprise operational integrity.
- Conduct enterprise infrastructure assessments relating to transaction throughput performance, operational recovery capabilities, and fintech scalability opportunities.
- Support fintech modernization initiatives involving distributed financial systems, intelligent infrastructure automation technologies, and cloud-native payment ecosystems.
- Prepare executive operational dashboards covering infrastructure health metrics, transaction continuity indicators, operational efficiency analytics, and enterprise reliability frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, payment processors, and financial ecosystem partners regarding strategic infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-driven operational resilience systems, predictive infrastructure monitoring platforms, and intelligent payment continuity ecosystems.
- Mentor infrastructure engineering and operational reliability teams while promoting enterprise resilience culture and fintech operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
- 7–12 years of experience in fintech infrastructure management, payment systems engineering, cloud operations, or enterprise digital banking environments.
- Strong expertise in distributed transaction systems, cloud-native financial infrastructures, payment ecosystem monitoring technologies, and operational resilience frameworks.
- Experience supporting mission-critical financial transaction platforms and enterprise payment architectures.
- Familiarity with fintech governance standards, infrastructure scalability methodologies, and disaster recovery operational strategies.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical reasoning, and enterprise coordination capabilities.
